Founder and Bike Fanatic
Jeff’s love for motorcycles began at age six on his family farm in Australia, and he’s been riding ever since, from off-road trails with friends to racing in Australian championships. A lifelong entrepreneur, Jeff built businesses that let him explore the world on two wheels, eventually falling in love with the freedom and culture of motorcycling in Asia.
Four years ago, he made Vietnam home, after countless tours with mates and top providers. Over a drink one night, the idea was born to turn his passion into a business others could share—and Onyabike Adventures was born. Jeff lives by one belief: there are two kinds of people—those who ride, and those who wish they did.

Hawk
Head of Adventure
With biker parents and the name Hawkmoon, it’s no surprise Hawk ended up leading motorbike tours across Southeast Asia. After years of riding the English countryside and beyond, he landed in Vietnam in 2011, started exploring and never looked back.
Hawk sold up at home and made Vietnam his base, where he’s been guiding tours ever since. He knows Vietnam better than most and can show you parts of the country that even most locals haven’t heard of!

Mina Mai Nguyen
Founder and Office Manager
A world traveller and entrepreneur, Mina grew up in a small northern Vietnamese village with big dreams. After finishing her studies, she built a diverse career, working across neighbouring countries and as far as Germany. Back home, she launched a successful women’s spa in Hanoi and later moved into online business, supplying products to international clients.
Mina’s global experience and business savvy have been key in shaping Onyabike Adventures. When she’s not managing operations, you’ll likely find her off exploring new places — always looking for something to share with travellers.

After 14 years as an engineer, Viet swapped the office for the open road, chasing his passion for travel, culture, and motorbikes. A natural storyteller and lifelong rider, he loves sharing Vietnam’s hidden gems with guests from around the world.

A qualified accountant, Van spent several years in finance before joining the Onyabike Adventures team. Van loves sharing her country with guests and exploring Vietnam’s history and culture in her own travels.
